We moved into an older property (1800s stone built) and for both business and domestic requirements needed a rock solid network infrastructure of both wired and wireless connections. We contacted four local companies for quotations (one of whom wanted £150 just to visit). Clear Wave was the first and quickest to come back to our request and immediately understood the challenges of the project. Luke visited the property on three occasions to assess the infrastructure build and came up with a plan that exceeded our expectations. The careful planning and thought behind the best way to supply the network around an old building of three floors was evident and impressive. We already had much of the required hardware (UniFi from Ubiquiti) and Clear Wave took this into account in the planning and did not push unnecessary new hardware for us. Luke was also very adept at resolving issues during the install itself when, inevitably, unforeseen issues arose. There were no panic fixes to challenges but careful and well structured plans that were discussed and approved. He also went over and above in helping with additional installs outside of the original scope including external cabling (sorry for the bramble scratched arms!). The final build has turned out even better than we had initially hoped. The network is performing exceptionally well and is pretty much invisible throughout the property. Very much a 10/10 on the important Wife Approval Factor. Any work undertaken on the property, such as cable channeling in walls, was repaired to a quality that you’d expect of a professional decorator and any such work was discussed and approved beforehand. Full testing of the system was undertaken before allowing it to go live and any issues were resolved. The after care service has also been exemplary with full explanation of the infrastructure and manual provided. We have no hesitation in recommending Clear Wave to anyone who wants any kind of network/tech work done. Luke is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and has provided an install that will be good for 10-15 years and maybe more. The price for the whole installation including hardware was very competitive and it was a pleasure to work with Luke on getting what we wanted in place. We also were recommended an excellent electrician by Luke who has also proved to be invaluable and overall working with Clear Wave has been a fantastic experience and we will be very happy to do so again.

If like me any tech in your home is just a puzzle, I would not hesitate to book Clear Wave in to help out. Luke was professional throughout, extremely knowledgable and explained everything so clearly to me. I always felt confident with his suggestions. Very happy with the job and service. Before coming to do the job Luke called and messaged back very quickly and worked out the best solution to match the budget and requirements for my security cameras.
